2022, September - Liechtenstein in Opava
On Friday 16 September 2022, as part of the 65th Bezruč Opava Festival, the lecture Liechtenstein in Opava - "Liechtenstein - one either does not know it or admires it" took place.
Every September, Opava comes alive with a unique cultural festival, one of the oldest in the Czech Republic. Every year it brings a new theme that combines film, theatre, music, visual arts, literature, lectures and happenings. This year, entitled Moving Between Worlds.
In the historic building of the Silesian Museum in the Müller House, Daniel Herman, former Minister of Culture of the Czech Republic, now Honorary Consul of the Principality of Liechtenstein in the Czech Republic, was accompanied by historian Ondřej Haničák, Head of the Department of Social Sciences of the Silesian Museum in Opava.
