General Assembly of the Czech-Liechtenstein Society
On April 6th, General Assembly of the Czech-Liechtenstein Society took place in Vranov u Brna, during which Petr Svoboda was re-elected as the chairman for another three-year term. Zbyněk Šolc, the director of the Brno City Museum, became a new member of the Board.
After the meeting, a guided tour of the pilgrimage church of the Nativity of the Virgin Mary was held, followed by a holy mass officiated by Jiří Florian, a member of the society. This mass was offered in memory of deceased members of the princely family and for God's blessing upon the society's activities.
In this way, tradition was intertwined with current events, emphasizing the importance of history and the mission of the Czech-Liechtenstein Society today.
